Returns Policy

  1. We regret to inform you that we do not accept or arrange for one-for-one exchange.
  2. Return of items is allowed but it has to be  in brand new condition (unaltered, undamaged, unscented, unworn and unwashed) with secured tag intact and in the original packaging bag.
  3. Your parcel has to reach us within 10 business days from the delivered date for Singapore orders and 21 business days from the delivered date for International orders.
  4. Returns after the stipulated time frame will not be accepted.
  5. Sale and promotional items are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.
  6. All minor defects (small washable stains, loose threads, inner defects which cannot be seen on the outside, etc) are also not qualify for returns.
  7. We reserve the rights to reject any returns that do not qualify with our Return Policy.
  8. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to refund duties and/or taxes.
  9. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.
  10. Refund will be given in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase.
  11. Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  12. We will charge a handling fee of S$3.50 per item for the second returned item and the subsequent returned item(s) within a month.

Returns Procedure

1. Simply complete our Return Form and send the item back to us in their original packaging.

2. Postage or courier fees for returns will be at your own cost. We encourage you to mail your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as         we will not be liable for any lost mails.

3. Returns will be processed within 14 business days (exclusive of weekends and public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.

4. We will drop you an email update once your return has been processed.

Note: Returns made without our email acceptance are classified as illegitimate return. We may at our discretion decide not to refund the product. Customer has to top up a shipping fee of S$4.50 for all rejected items to be couriered back to them. Parcels that are not collected after 2 weeks from our notification date will be disposed without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases. 

Incorrect/ Defective Items

We sincerely apologize for the oversight. Please drop us an email at hello@moonflowercollections.com with the order number and photos of the wrong or defective item within 7 days from the delivered date.

What defines as incorrect or defective items:

  • Wrong size, color or style.
  • Measurements of the item differ more than 2 cm.
  • Stains that do not appear to be removable.
  • Obvious scratches or tears on the item that is visible on the exterior of the item.
  • Spoilt zippers that are not caused by customer.

Defective items DO NOT include the following:

  • Slight discrepancy in the product color due to different monitor resolutions and lighting.
  • Difference of 0.5 to 1 inch in measurements due to mass production.
  • Slight imperfections such as loose threads and stains that are almost invisible on fabric or inner lining.
  • Slight misalignment of seams or inner lining.
  • Dropping of buttons which can be sewn on easily.
  • Different placement of prints from showcased items.
  • Defects which might have been caused after washing or handling by customer.

In general, ‘defects’ that do not affect the overall outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects, and hence not eligible for exchanges.

Exchange Procedure For Incorrect/ Defective Items:

  1. If the defect is ascertained, an exchange of the same item in the same size and color will be provided.
  2. Item must be returned in brand new condition (unaltered, undamaged, unscented, unworn and unwashed) with secured tag intact and in the original packaging bag.
  3. Postage fees incurred for sending the item back to us will be reimbursed in the form of store credits.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address is included on the parcel.
  5. Upon receipt of the defective piece, a replacement piece (if available) will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
  6. In the event that the replacement piece is out-of-stock, store credits of the equivalent amount will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
